CRP Technology’s 3D printing expertise drives MoRe Modena Racing to success

This collaboration has resulted in the team's historic win as the first Italian team to secure victory at the prestigious Formula Student Austria competition

CRP Technology, a leader in advanced 3D printing solutions, is thrilled to announce its pivotal role in MoRe Modena Racing’s historic triumph at the 2024 Formula Student Austria competition. Held at the renowned RedBull Ring in Zeltweg from July 21 to 25, MoRe Modena Racing from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia made history as the first Italian team to win this prestigious event.

This landmark achievement was supported by a two-year technical partnership between CRP Technology and MoRe Modena Racing. CRP Technology provided its cutting-edge Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing services and proprietary Windform materials for the development of the team’s 2024 hybrid race car, the M24-LH. The car, unveiled shortly before the competition, features crucial aerodynamic and structural components engineered and manufactured using CRP Technology’s advanced materials.

This partnership highlights CRP Technology’s dedication to fostering innovation, research, and practical education in the motorsport and automotive sectors. By empowering young engineers with state-of-the-art tools and expertise, CRP Technology continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in additive manufacturing and high-performance engineering.
