To celebrate this milestone, the company organized a retreat for employees and their families at the Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido in the Puster Valley of South Tyrol. This event served as a unique opportunity to strengthen the sense of belonging among its workforce, honoring the individuals who have shaped the company’s excellence over the years.
During their stay, employees noticed a striking example of their work’s impact: the backlit room number panels at the hotel were fastened using the company’s Fast-Con® insert, a patented snap fastening system with mechanical tension adjustment. A perfect example of versatile application, the innovative stainless-steel solution was chosen for its ability to securely and swiftly connect panels and coverings, ensuring safety, aesthetics and, when needed, convenient rear inspections.

Additionally, we are exploring the use of advanced materials such as titanium, which opens doors to niche markets with significant economic and strategic potential" and concludes "We are also working on pre-applying a polymer to our inserts to eliminate the need for adhesives, ensuring superior performance, along with an alternative to floating anchor-nuts in response to challenges around their availability and sustainability".
