The official presentation took place place during the 2024 edition of RAPID+TCT, the leading global event for additive manufacturing in America, ongoing in Los Angeles.
To the main features of the previous version, such as the heated chamber up to 180°C developed for super polymers, ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED adds unique and patent-pending innovations. Among these stands out the PolyFlow X system, which offers an extra-fast and controlled deposition flow, optimizing every phase of the printing process regardless of the material used.
This results in a significant reduction in production times by up to 62%, allowing for increased productivity even when printing super materials.
Another revolutionary feature is the advanced Smart Gcode printing mode.
The new software algorithms, combined with the performance of the newly introduced hardware, ensure a 92% reduction in printing times with a dual extruder compared to the previous version, optimizing all movements and paths, and completely eliminating downtime during the extruder change process that is present in all other systems today.
